Delete your AYORI account
You can delete your account and the associated data directly in the app at any time. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.
Directly in the app
1. Open Profile. 2. Select Data and account. 3. Select Delete account. 4. Read the summary, confirm with “LÖSCHEN” and complete the process.
Without access to the app
Email hi@mail.ayori.health from the email address associated with your AYORI account and use the subject “Delete AYORI account”. Do not include health data. We will only request additional information if it is required to securely identify the account.
Request deletion by emailWhat will be deleted
Your profile and sign-in methods, all active sessions, and all cycle, symptom, mood, and other health entries. The account cannot be restored afterwards.
What may be retained
Technically anonymized records of your consent choices may be retained to meet legal accountability requirements. After deletion, they contain neither your name nor your email address. Data we are legally required to retain is processed solely for that purpose and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Processing time
Deletion in the app is initiated immediately. We process email requests without undue delay after successful identity verification, generally within one month.
